I'm early in the game at Shibuya and I'm supposed to talk to Chiaki then go meet a demon at the surface intersection. I've talked to Chiaki then fought the Nekomata and talked to it. However when I go to the surface the demon is not there.
I have went to the Terminal to meet the NPC I'm supposed to see but he does not appear either - probably because the demon doesn't appear.
I've explored and talked to everybody I can find. Any idea how to fix this issue?
