you have the good version & the good plugins.
if you really want to try out something else, you still can grab the latest svn source code here :
http://code.google.com/p/pcsx2/ and compile it yourself.
keep in mind you won't get support if you use it, though...

I Have original DVD 9 NTSC-U SCUS-97481 so pirate ripped DVD5 game is better.
original will always be better

Yeah with Vu Cycle I can get full speed but then Kratos starts flashing and I also get this type of flashing
