Never mind, im an idiot

It's not different.
The only difference between the installer and portable(binary)version,is the folders location.

Config=>Plugin\Bios Selector=>Bios.
Either enable "use default settings"(which means the bios folder in the pcsx2 folder)or specify the bios folder location
