My spec is :
Windows XP SP3
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20GHz
3GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9500GT DDR2

my GS plugins :
GSdx 5403 (MSVC 16.00, SSE2) 0.1.16 [GSdx32-SSE2-e5403]
with setting:
Adapter : Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
Renderer : Direct3D9 (software)
Interlacing(F5) : Auto
Extra rendering threads : 0
AA1 disabled

will my pcsx2 run without any problem such as lag or low fps?

is the problem my processor or my VGA?

both, might be able to get away with some of the less demanding games, event then would think you gona need to use speed hacks to keep from slowdowns

then i have no choice but to change my specs
btw i want to ask which is more important for using pcsx2, good processor with moderate vga or good vga with moderate processor?

PCSX2 is far more CPU demanding then GPU demanding so go with an new i5 cpu and a moderate gpu. Can spend about $100 or less on a gpu and still be able to use 4x no problem.
