can anyone help me about this? i dont have problem on other games only this game. it only stays in logo
Did you enable tri-ace fix ?
Or probably you are booting the bios instead "Boot CDVD (fast)" what should be used to prevent the BIOS clashing with the game's version, region and such.
Edit: complementing Jesalvein post, is enough you did not disable the automatic patches/fixes (it's not the same thing as the cheats).

What do you mean tri-ace fix? where do i enable it? (Sorry still new here)
in the gamefixes tab, you have a special fix to toggle for tri-ace games.
