because your CPU has 4 cores.
it'll be boosted to 3.0 ghz if only one core is used.
pcsx2 uses 3 cores with mtvu hack.
chances are your CPU will be boosted to maybe 2.5 Ghz, but I doubt for more...
So should I take off the mtvu hack?
You shall try, but the results may be worse since pcsx2 will use only 2 cores that way...
Ehr, sometimes (50% chance or so) the PCSX2 CPU speed detection code isn't right.
I wouldn't count on it being accurate. Better use a tool like CPU-Z or the Win8 task manager
to check the actual frequency while running a game.
That said, this title is very GPU limited.
Just did another run through of the game, speed hacks off, mtvu off.
Audio is back to normal, just everyone is playing really slowly, probably video lag.
That's about it.
