Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix

I tried playing it with speed hacks and all enabled. It runs pretty good - around 45FPS once it warms up a bit. My issue is that it freezes randomly (not a lot but sometimes). The graphics in game look a *little* bit messed up.

- your Gpu isn't up to the task (see that GS% near 100 ?)-> tick native res in gsdx configcuration
- setting ee cycle rate and/or vu cycle stealing to maximum isn't a good idea -> reduce ee cycle rate speedhacks to 2
- messed up gfx -> hit F9 key (but I doubt your cpu will be powerful enoug to handle it.
- general help -> think about disabling AMD cool n' quiet i your bios, if not done yet.
