dafuq is this? my screen is black every time i try to p[lay a game. i can hear perfect audio, but no video. i havent messed with the settings at all so i dont know whats going on.

What is your cpu and gpu? Most likely your cpu is too old to support AVX instruction set. Best stick to SSE2 for AMD and SSSE3 and/or SSE4.? for Intel.

that error has nothing to do with your black screen problem.

Going to make a wild guess here, but is your graphics card an Intel HD graphics card?
