I'd say your gpu is a bottleneck in this case.
what do the ee% & gs% say when it slows down ?
ee19-25% gs21-36%....any help ?

EEcyclerate 2 VUcycle stealing 0
enable intc
enable wait loop
mVU Flag Hack
MTVU
many things enabled here.
disable texture filtering & HW hacks.
Otherwise, I suspect some other software to eat your PC resources.
would be a good idea to monitor both your GPU & CPU activity when you're not playing pcsx2
Oh, and did you try making an iso out of your DVD ?

what do u mean monitor both GPU n CPU activity?and what about making an iso out of ur dvd? the game is already in iso form.
disabled texture filtering and hw hacks its better than before but still laggy cant play..any other ideas?plz
you should be able to monitor your CPU activity in task manager. Do it before running pcsx2 to see if nothing is running

I supposed you were playing from the original DVD since your machine should be able to play this game correctly.
Oh, and set your windows power plan to high performance, and don't run it on batteries.
its a little better now i lowered the sound quality.i think i need a little more tweak to the graphics and it should be fine...i dont know how to use EE/IOP VUs and GS settings to get the better quality and the best speed for the dbbt3...any help ?
thanks in advance
