I've looked everywhere and haven't found a fix, so I'll make my own thread.
I am playing Sly on my PCSX2. I'm using 0.9.8. It seems that the whole game (audio and video) is moving in slow motion.

Quit using 0.9.8 and use 1.0 or the latest SVN and then see if your problems still persist.
I just tried the new SVN and it didn't work. It's still in slow motion.
Post a screenshot of your emulation and GSdx settings.
Regardless of that, you're wasting half your installed memory running a 32bit OS. I'd recommend ditching 10 year old software and upgrading.

Windows 7 doesn't want to install on this PC. This is 64-bit, Speccy (the program to see your specs) doesn't want to realize that though.
Quit using Software mode. Use Directx3D9 Hardware or Direct3D11 Hardware. You only need software mode if the game you're trying to play is giving you bad texture bugs. If this game doesn't give bad effect or any other game for that matter, it is always better to use Hardware mode.

first of all gigabyte motherboards are SLOWW but that wont cause slo-mo so, you're still on xp?? if u cant install seven try 8 or xp x64
anyways x86 cpu's are damn fast!
try using game booster may repair your slo-mo and yeah, how many fps are u getting?
bump. It's still not working correctly guys.
what do the ee% & gs% say when it slows down ?
and did the hardware mode change things ? how much ?
