Hi

I installed the software and it runs fine, but when I run an iso I got the screen where it suppose to show the game running. (I have installed it on Windows). But I got a grey screen with the info on top updating.

GS | Interlaced (frame) | Limiter: Normal | fps: > 58 | EE: ~20% | GS: ~1% | UI: ~1% | State 0

of course this numbers change, but I can't see nothing. What should I do?

May I suggest to configure a real GS plugins (ie not GSNull)
But I can't change them. When I click the arrow it just show me: GSnull Driver 0.1.0?
Then you miss tons of dependencies then. I recommend using Gregory's PPA.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gregory-hainaut/pcsx2.official.ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install pcsx2-unstable (or pcsx2-unstable:i386 on 64 bit system)
The funny thing is that I did install it before, but now its working. Thanks
