I have downloaded this program and the BIOS worked, but when I Boot CDVD (fast) or (full), it stops working. It opens the PCSX2 window, then the whole program freezes after a few seconds. It does not matter if there is a disc inserted. I am using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, 32-bit Linux, have 1.2 GB of RAM and have a Genuine Intel® CPU T2300 @ 1.66GHz × 2 processor, and a Intel® 945GM x86/MMX/SSE2 graphics card.

Sorry to say, but it is just not going to happen on your system. You would get probably < 15 fps on games anyway.
