Well, I'm trying this out for the first time, not really used to using emulators, so I'm new at this. I got everything running. I'm trying to play Burnout 3. When I start the game though, everything runs in slow motion. How can I make it run at 100% speed?

Now I'm getting transparent white vertical bars covering my screen while in the game. They go away when I change my gpu plugin to (software) but the fps goes down to under 10 fps when I switch to that so it's not a viable option.
tried setting skipdraw hack to 1 ?

in gsdx config window, tick "enable hardware hacks, and click "configure"
tick skipdraw hack and set its value to 1
