I can't understand too much what you're saying, anyway the best way to see the actual difference between Bulldozer and Piledriver is looking at lower frequencies (my test with the [email protected] and more were not in complete stability so I lost a few % in performances).

[email protected] 62.8FPS

So it's roughly a 20% difference.
