Can I use PCSX2 to run the following games with that setup?

Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution
.Hack//Fragment
Samurai Warriors 2 Empires
Virtua Quest
Eternal Ring
You might get away with it providing you use the MTVU speedhack, but the clockspeed is generally a little bit low.
and using 3 threads in software mode (if it's still slow, it might be, donno)
Shouldn't need software mode on a GTX 650.

a 520 is much more likely to need SW mode than a 650, the performance difference in those 2 cards is quite astronomical.

granted. but the 520 shouldn't need it either though, is my point
Not sure about the others. But Eternal Ring you should be able to play with full FPS. If I recall correctly, it doesn't require that much and it's pretty low in the demand department. Good game to.
