hello, i have a laptop with this specification :
core i3 3110M 2.4Ghz
nvidia gt 640m 2gb
2gb ddr3 ram (i can upgrade to 4gb if necessary)
windows 8 64bit (i can downgrade to win 7 64bit if necessary)
is my laptop capable to emulate persona 3 fes at full or reasonable speed?

I think yes,if it slow mess with speedhacks
otherwise it's a light game.so u should get playable speed !

The Operating System isn't really that important, but you should be able to run Persona 3 FES quite decent, but keep in mind, the enemies which are white and the gold hand will slowdown your game quite much. It even happens with my Desktop
