These codes are not RAW (meaning they're encrypted for their respective program), so you're practically trying to modify addresses that do not exist and set values that do not mean anything. Download and use Omniconvert, use the correct input form according to where you got these codes from and substitute the cheats you have.
You should probably attack the pnach again once you're done with that, since it's possible they may need further "adjusting" to avoid more problems.
