Hello! I am trying to play Sly Cooper & The Thievius Raccoonus, but my framerate constantly drops to 40 & 30 fps. These are my PC specs and I need to know which settings are optimal for excellent performance. Thank you!

get a stong CPU, a decent GPU, and it should be fine.

apart from that, you could try a few speedhacks, but don't expect miracles on that rig.
That game is quite demanding.

Better play it on your PS2 for now and try on the emu when you get a better machine

Experiment with EE timing and VU cycle stealing speedhacks. The clock speed is a little low so even an i7 will not be play everything at full speed. Also make sure power management is set to high performance.
