Running at native resolution with GSDX 10 plugin, using Direct3D11 Hardware mode under native resolution with no additional options active (Texture filtering, MSAA).

Running on retail disc.



Issue: Game runs at a maximum of 40 FPS on average, dips to 30 FPS~ during gameplay.

You may want to try speedhacks as they could help (however they could also hurt too). A complete list of theme and what they can do can be found here.

NFS is known hard on pcsx2, it won't go much better sadly
