This is because u'r game disc is scratched or dirty
pcsx2 can't read necessary information from it & it stop at a bad sector
which u already seeing
try to clean u'r disc with warm water & don't clean it with any cloth
let it air dry & re-test it
or try to make iso image of u'r game disc by using this tool >>

Can you post your emulog.txt? It'll be in the logs folder where you installed PCSX2.
As preet said though, it sounds like a DVD read issue or a bad/corrupted ISO file. Either case, you should dump (or redump) via Imgburn.
