are you running it at full speed at least? i have a core 2 quad q6600 3.0ghz + gtx 560ti 2gb +4gb dual channel 1333mhz and the game runs at 60fps until i start accelerate then it drops to 30. Do you have this problem? can you pm me of which version of the game are you using?
