No, It just won't let me like press Z+C (triangle and circle) to transform into the fox thing, It won't let me press the buttons together.

Just try to remap ur buttons and see its work or nt.
if you press a 3 keys at the same time, it's highly possible your keyboard won't register it (Z+C+ a direction key)
using something like joy2key in order to set a hotkey for z+c may help you in this case. Or you could simply buy a cheap PS2 to PC controller adapter and hok up your PS2 controller to solve it...
