In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Thank You.
cpu: intel core i5- 2450m cpu @ 2.50 ghz
ram: 4 gb
graphic card : intel hd graphics family
windows 7

the version of pcsx : 1.1.0.5710

the game is champions of norrath. iso
What specifically is the issue?
Champions of norrath is known to be very buggy due to it's in-game engine. The only way to fix the graphics issue is to use the latest SVN (which you are) and using software mode (pressing F9 in game). This, however, will only render the game at native resolution and will almost assuredly run slow for you as software mode is very very CPU demanding.
+ you'll probably have to use the 4Gb Patch
please tell me what to do to run this game perfectly and what is 4gb patch

if I press f9 the game become so slow and bad graphics
start by running it in software mode.
the game will be slow, near unplayable because of your slow CPU.
if you go back to hardware mode, make sure you set gsdx internal res to native.
but you'll encounter glitches + the game will be slow because of your weak GPU.

Finally, go back playing this game on your real PS2 to enjoy it. Because no matter what you do, this game won't be playable on that PC.
I don't think my pc is the problem because it car run a huge games perfectly like tomp rider and saints row and a lot of other games I think the problem in the pcsx2
saints row ? it never came out on PS2...

or are you trying to compare native pc games to emulated ps2 games ? because it's a complete nonsense...
