Ahhhhh.
I've been messing around with the settings for hours trying to get this problem fixed. This is my final attempt to set up my favorite game so instead of trying to explain what my problem is, I'm just going to show you.

It all starts normally until it gets to the intro. Then the video and audio slows down incredibly... Speedhacks barely help. It speeds it up but it makes the audio and video go way out of sync.

Another thing... I have version 1.0.0 of PCSX2

With that CPU and no discrete graphics card, you are going to see slowdowns unfortunately.

I am assuming Dark Cloud (U) here but you can check the compatibility page:

There may be some speed hacks you can employ, but I am by no means an expert in those.
