I notice people playing online with their emulator and iso full speed

but its always slow when I play any game, its shouldnt be like that

MY computer is awesome and up to date

my computer specs is

Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 4850
4GB Ram

What games? Many games run much slower than the rest. Also, many games have apparently huge speed issues with ATI cards.

EDIT : Don't forget to enable MTGS in CPU options and Denormals are Zero in advanced options (if you're using a version with advanced options).

I set the speed hacks and configured everything like everyone else. They come on and the menus are all fast then the gameplay is like the matrix

MTGS is in config->CPU options.

Denormals are Zero is in config->advanced, but only in later betas. (such as http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html)
