That actually would mean you keep the plugin for yourself and it would never appear on pcsx2 site.
that's why you can't ask pcsx2 team to do it.
From this, 2 possibilities : whether you program it yourself, and that would not involve pcsx2 team, or ask someone to do it for you as long as this "someone" isn't part of the pcsx2 team.
