if you want playable speeds in 2 players mode, you'll need a really good machine. This mode is really more demanding than 1 player modes.
THus, better play it on your PS2 if you want to play in 2 players mode.

Even At Full Settings (With Native) And Emulation settings are at Presets(1.Safest) i can run a 1P Vs Com at full Speed But i can't run 1p vs 2p faster it slows down to 45fps i want to run 1p vs 2p at full speed!
i think if you overclock your gpu a little maybe you get playeble speed.
