start over to fill in the "portable.ini" file.
From now on, your settings will be stored in it.
If you upgrade to another svn, just keep this file and you will have only minor changes to operate

Um, I've configured it, and tried to boot a game. But it says PCSX2 has stopped working.

did you update vc++ redist & directx ?
