So I was playing MGS3 Subsistence, had over 8 hours of progress. Reached the "Krasnogorje Mountaintop Ruins: Back", saved the game trough memory card and quited the game. 30 minutes later I launched the game, tried to load the game and BAM!



Why would it happen? I wasn't even using the save states . Is there anything I can do to fix the save?

Clear all the settings of pcsx2 and try again (remember only reset pcsx2 not mem card). Maybe help you.
