^ that's your problem.
Basically your gpu is old and not supported in new GSdx versions anymore.

Code:
resource(1671,15): error X4532: texlod not supported on this target
^shader fail to be exact;p.

You can just use any older GSdx version like the one from previous release ~ 0.9.8(yes you can mix older plugin with new pcsx2 if you like;p). This might help you with this game since not only it's light, but as a card game it doesn't need smooth graphics to begin with, but generally you have really slow pc. Looks like a few year old netbook to me(I have one with very similar specs somewhere;o), so don't expect any fireworks out of it;p, in fact most games will be way below playable doesn't matter settings you use.

It is a 2007 Windows Vista. It isn't a netbook it's just a normal PC.
Also this specific Yu-Gi-Oh! game isn't a card game(shocking isn't it? lol)
Those were things i just wanted to say.

I will try your solution though and hope it works!

Edit: It did work! Thank you all very much! This forum community is much better than other ones iv'e been in before
Since it's a desktop, you might want to look into getting a cheap graphics card just to give it a boost.

Lol yeah, sorry for that, I blindly assumed all of them are same. ;O The card ones are somewhat light, dunno about that one, but if you get some serious speed problems and speedhacks and/or decreasing internal res in gsdx config will not help you, it's about time to think about a general upgrade. Emulation can in some cases easily get more demanding than native pc games, even the latest ones;3.

You're welcome.

It's ok most people think that just because it is Yu-Gi-Oh it is a card game ( and most of the time they are right except for the PS2 ones)

Also i only get 30 fps but that's okay it seems fast for my computer
