Been having a lot of problems with lag and slowdown on Dark Cloud 2. I'm running at about 20 - 30 FPS.

Specs:
NIVIDIA GeForce 210 (512MB - DDR2)
Intel Pendium D 930 (3GHZ, Dual Core)
4GB RAM
Windows 7 - 64Bit
PCSX2: 1.1.0

Some settings pics.

PS: I can run Kingdom Hearts 60FPS fine, currently trying DotHack - Infection. I also mount the ISO's though the program itself, no using Daemon Tools.
First of all, it's not recommended to put either cyclerate or cycle stealing on 3. They're likely to cause more trouble themselves, so only use them if you're absolutely certain they are helping, because the fps readings can be thrown off because of them.

the mVU flag hack won't harm this game, or any game as far as i know so it's safe to use.

If i were to guess though, your GPU is simply too weak.
Looking at some graphics cards now. Is there anyway to check power supply specs without opening up the case?
Only way to check your PSU without opening the case is to see the model number of your PC (assuming it's pre-built) and look it up online.

He wouldn't receive any benefit from the mtVU hack since he only has a dual-core.
@op- did you try what corrnio says you 'put ee and vu sliders to 0 first' and then tell us whats happen. thanks and btw your graphic card is weak but not soo.

It won't matter, his GPU really is old and very weak. Just by seeing it uses GDDR2 is enough to tell this little thing can't even lift its own shadow.

And in comparison to mine:

EDIT: Okay technically it isn't so old, but it is unimaginably low-end as you can see from the specs at the bottom of the page.

hahaha your gpu is 875% faster than 210 amazing. I didnt know that 210 is soo weak even my integrated gpu powerful than this card . :-D @op- hey dont mind bro.
Another thing I can see is that weak Pentium D 930 being a major bottleneck even if it is running at 3ghz

and their manifacture is also discontined.
