I get low fps like between 20-30 when playing Black. My pc spec is:

Window 7 32-bit
Intel Core i3 [email protected] GHz
4GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 7750 OC
What settings you use.

Ok any speedhack you use? If not then tick mtvu (if you have an quadcore) and put ee and vu both sliders to 2 or both to 0.

speedhack enabled, ee and vu both set to 0. And my processor is dual core.
tried setting rendering to direct3d11 hardware ?
Also, remember requires quite a hefty PC (quad core about above 3.5 Ghz)

Still the same. PCSX2 require a god processor more than a good graphic card?

Still the same thing. FPS still low.
can you overclock that I7 ?
else, I guess the only way will be to play on your PS2 until you can get a + 3.5Ghz quad core
