"I'm having trouble running this game" is terribly vague. Elaborate?

During the in game cut scenes the graphics are moving about, changing colour or even breaking up and not loading.

Every thing else is fine its just the graphics I cant get right.

what are your pcsx2 settings, especially speedhacks ?
