This is my computer specs..

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
System type: 64-bit Operating system
Model: HP Pavilion g4 Notebook PC
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000

I've not tried it on my laptop (same specs) but what is it you are having issues with? Is it slow? is it not booting?

is it the same specs as my computer?your computer have a graphic card while my computer just use intel family graphic...the problem is the game running slow...for example if I jump in game...clearly I can see the game was running slow...

Okay, what you want to do is set your graphics resolution in GSDX to native, Intel HD graphics are not good.
go to the speed hacks section and enable all recommended speed hacks, and set the EE cycle hack to 3, don't turn on MTVU as your PC is a duel core and will get no bonus from it.

It won't look that great, But it will be playable, and i think you'll get close to or full speed, Remember to change your laptops power settings to high performance.
