reinstall latest VC++ runtimes

Done still persist.
Does it has to be 32bit version of VC++ or it doesn't matter? because i have both versions installed
Being a 32 bit program, PCSX2 will depend on the 32 bit libraries. It's normal to have both versions installed.
perhaps a complete reinstallation of the Visual C++ runtimes would work. here is the link in case you need it

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/det...px?id=5555

If not perhaps the .dll file itself is corrupted in that case

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-fi...l?msvcr100
download the zip file there

additionally you could try to rip and replace your pcsx2. Just uninstall and reinstall it to see if that works.
