It gives me the error of Reading memory card (PS2) whenever I tried to start it up. I googled for solutions and it gave me an old PCSX2 link to disable game fixes which I did (or I think i did. I disable the manual and automatic one).


Any help on how to fix it?

download and re-install the official pcsx2 client.

Just wondering, my current PCSX2 version is 1.1.0.5751. Is it a later released than 1.0.0?

5751 and ~ is the future of pcsx2 1.1.0

btw about that memory card error what the stats of your memory card is it formatted??

My memory card 1 is formatted but memory card 2 is not. So sorry for the late reply!

best to post your pics on that error memcard message in-game screen,including the pcsx2 console message window or attach your emulog.txt

there is a red message on your console log that your game is not reading properly therefore it effects also the reading of the memory cards.
you midst re-covert your game disc to ISO again using imgburn.

But i am already using an ISO for dark cloud 2. does this mean i have to burn it again?

yeah you have to.

not re-burn it,re-extract it i mean.
btw does your game that has memory card error is the same when you run it on your real PS2 unit?
