i installed pcsx2-r5761.svn.I copied my gta san andreas iso to my laptop(from my DVD) and started playing.But in the game screen,the fps is really low,like 12fps.and the sound is also really slow.My laptop is alienware M11x R2

I USE ALL DEFAULT OPTIONS IN THE EMULATOR SETTINGS

in pcsx2\logs or in mydocs\pcsx2\logs, you will find that file
One quick google of your "good" laptop specs even on the i7 ( only carries the name of i7 cause mobile i7 isnt even close to the same thing to desktop i7) model and one will come to the same conclusion its not good in anyway for PS2 emulation it barely passable for being a gaming laptop imo.
Short of making sure 335m(low end entry card at best) is selected in GDSX and you running connected to power adapter in performance mode *power saving* I would not expect much, Even then I would keep eye on the temperatures cause the emulations will push the cpu more then any pc game
