agreed , interlace images really wrost then pixelated one.

The problem is that we only know the x resolution for sure. The GS does not "know" what the y resolution is, it simply processes
the pixels as long as they keep coming.
This might not be 100% accurate but it's as good as I remember it Smile

So, there is no way to solve it? why ZeroGS (if i am not mistaken) have this problem?

All the GS plugins likely have the problem. Here is why:

Very few PS2 games support 480p output, and only FOUR support 1080i. When a game is loaded by PCSX2, it reads the X resolution and "guesses" the Y resolution(according to rama). When you change the resolution with the game itself, suddenly it is outputting a "1080i" (note it's not really 1080i) image into the 640x480 or whatever GS window. And that's why it looks like it does.

Would it be possible to make it compatible? Yeah, probably. But I imagine it would be a lot of work, and not so simple as just making the GS plugin "detect" when 1080i is set.

Simply put, there is just no real demand for this. A few people may want it, but almost everyone else would rather set 480p and set GSDX internal resolution to 1080p or higher.
Refer to my earlier post for an in-depth explanation of why the "1080i" support for this and other PS2 games sucks and it's for the best that no one developed a way to get it to work properly.
