Because it's not for us to repost someone elses work.
If he wants to post it again that's up to him. But it's still his work, and reposting it would basically be virtually the same as stealing it.

I'm not going to be an ass and repost his work when he clearly doesn't want it posted anymore.
He doesn't need to patent it to claim his tool to be his own. Fact is that he created it, whether it's patented or not doesn't matter, it's his.
Either way...... regardless of all of this it's probably best to just leave this be for now.

Actually, at least in most Western countries, you automatically DO own something unless you specifically and completely disclaim the rights.
And yes, I agree with Ryudo. Regardless of how messed up it is, it's his work. Although a small part of it is actually my work. I did the icons, proofread the guide, and fixed all of the English text. So if anyone but tada was gonna repost it, it should be me. But I don't have it, so there you go.

Patent and copyright is a different thing. Like Blyss said copyright is applied automatically to any work you made.
