Just booted up the svn 5769 on 1920x1080 and it's running good except for the shadow glitch and some motion blur when the character is running.

The shadow glitch I know about it from wiki and can overlook, but is there anything I can do to reduce the motion blur ? Without having to go native res I mean.
Well, the latest version available for download is v5766, unless you compiled it yourself.
And if you compiled it yourself, I don't believe they are able to support that. You can try the v5766 automated build and see if your issue still persists.

If it does, try experimenting with various hacks until you get the look you desire.
Please post your emulog.txt before further support, thanks.
There should be a fix for the shadow glitch in the widescreen hack archive, and it may be possible to disable the motion blur through a .pnach file.

There's the emulog. Sorry it took so long to reply.

It would be great if there's somehow anyway to remove this blur. It keeps getting worse especially in certain dungeon where there's lots of environmental movement.
And here's a sample screenshot of the extreme blurriness I was talking about.
That part of the game (amala) is just like that on PS2 too, so you have to manually disable the blur via pnach.
Hmm..but I think it has more blur than the one in ps2...oh well.

Can you please clarify what's this pnach and how to use it to reduce blur ?
Sometimes these blur effects seem more pronounced on PCSX2. I think that's because of the nature of emulation. Burnout 3 is like this, for instance.

Have you tried the skipdraw hack? Config->video->plugin settings.

Enable HW hacks
Click configure
Try skipdraw values of 1-10

One of them might make it go away.
Already tried skipdraw and it doesn't fix the blur :/
Try playing with TC offset values.

Like for Soul Calibur 3, TC offset X and Y and 500 changes this:
