Hi. Sorry if my questions is kind of a "duh" one but I'm completely fresh to pcsx2. My PC's a bit rusty (well, more than a bit, actually) but I think the result could be better if someone advised me how I could improve the performance. The FPS is about 20 on a regular basis during gameplay.

You NEED a real graphics card to start. Your cpu isn't that great either.

That graphics card won't play anything man. If you got a discrete GPU, you might play some easier to emulate games, but really you need a new rig.
