Try to disable the Speedhacks and check the FMV's again please.
Btw. update your PCSX2 version. U could compile latest rev(even a new speedhack in it
) Ur gdsx is not update imo. 0.1.14 should be latest.
How to compile the latest rev? Search with the search engine for "Compile Guide".
1) you're using an old version
2) if you use speedhacks, you can't really complain about bugs....
Problem is the Extra VU or FPU Flag, can't remember which one.
It causes missing screens, but mainly only in menus.
