Nope it's not that...just updated my directx and I don't get the d3dx9 error but it worked again.

I attached my 7zip file with my memorycard and the save im trying to import.
Works fine no matter where I place mymc and the card

Thanks for doing it for me it worked, but i still wonder why i cant do it myself its really irritating.
Try placing mymc and the card in some other drive/partition(not the windows partition)

Running it through a usb worked just fine, computers are so smart but so dumb XD
