It would help where in Persona 4 you get the slowdowns, since with my older dualcore I got slowdowns at junes and when encountering monsters which were white or the golden hands.
My slowdowns were happening when I was at the gas station, when King Moron was introducing me, basically I was slow throughout the whole first hour of the game. Since I updated my settings, I've been alright.
