Hi!
I would like to know how to patch skip movies if the Patch Making For Dummies [SceMpegIsEnd] doens't work. Some games like MGS2 Substance doesn't have this line.. is there a way to patch it anyway?

Yes there could be but you would need to know a lot about disassembling and other things which you probably got no idea about.
