hello i have a problem with a few of the ace combat games im wondering if my pc is too slow or if thare might be away around it but when i play the ace combat games thay slow way down from 60fps to 25 im woundering if aneyone has found speed hacks / aneything that will help speed it up so it will be playable ive tryed some but no / lil speed up useing rev 5766

Technically your GPU is borderline good, but your CPU is considered on the very-slow side.

unfortunately your cpu's architecture is old, so that 3.8Ghz is equivalent to a 2.9Ghz haswell/Ivy bridge.
