So I got my Computer back a month ago and ever since then I have been playing KH2FM and i am about halfway through the game (at Port Royal for the second time) and now all of a sudden I have a low framerate (about 20-45) I mess around with all the settings and plugins and can never get it at a steady 60 like I used to be able to. I have checked everywhere and still can't a solution and it makes me pretty mad. I don't know that much about Computers so I came here for help. And one last thing I am using PCSX2 1.0.0.
