There are many shadows of newspaper on the ground, I think they're streetlight.
Is there a particular setting to get rid of them???

Try pressing f9 while playing.

I didin t can see any problem in your image,man,this is a emulator,not a pc game,you have to accept somes littles Issues?,i have experience with GTAIII...and ...this its all.
