Hello, i have issues with it, can't start it.

My speces are

Windows 8.1 x64
i3-3120M CPU @ 2.50GHz
8 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000
Directx 11

Can you be more specific, like telling us any errors the you may get and listing the emulog.txt?

Nothing else, it's first thing i got after opening .exe

You aren't gonna get good results with that hardware anyway, but try updating your VC redistributable and directx.

VC redistrutable and directx both are updated

No luck

Try the standalone binary build from the site(last one on download page) and put it somewhere that isn't Desktop, program files, etc. Like C:\PCSX2

Downloaded, extracted to C:/PCSX2

By the way, i tried the PCSX 2 1.0



so, it has to be something error with PCSX 2 1.2.

unless you can prove us you actually own 4 PS2s, I'll close this for piracy
