I put gigahertz dev9 plugin in the plugins folder of PCSX2 with both the 1.0.0 install, and 1.2.0, and pcsx2 will not recognize the plugin. I even tried renaming it to look like the null plugin and it says there are missing plugins, and refuses to recognize it. I haven't tried 1.2.1 yet today.

Is there some magical trick to get pcsx2 to accept this plugin?

Did you install winPcap?

That did it! How did that fix this?

Because it needs winPcap....
